Stefanie Anarumo graduated from the University of Florida with a BFA in 2014. Since her graduation, she has performed in PublicWorks’ Twelfth Night at the Delacorte Theatre in Central Park and was the recipient of the Fulbright Research Grant where she created a children’s theatre for the deaf in Rome, Italy.
Currently, Anarumo is on the faculty of The Performing Arts Project, a theatre summer intensive for aspiring theatre professionals. This opportunity has given Anarumo the chance to explore her passion for directing. Most recently, she was invited by the Key West Theatre to direct her original scenes from the play 129 Miles from Walmart, an evening of new works written by various Floridian playwrights.
